Insightful will ensure that each student is assessed only in accordance with the student's merits, qualification and ability to perform the relevant duties required by the particular vacancy, and against fair skills criteria. To support this Insightful uses a standardised application form for all insight days.

Monitoring is an essential element of our Equal Opportunities Policy. We ask you to provide monitoring information to us as the information collected about users of our services helps us to determine whether discrimination is occurring.

Insightful encourages disclosure of disability by candidates to the insight days without prejudice. We believe this information enables staff to ensure that Health and Safety issues are considered and offers the opportunity to explore any additional needs applicants may have.

All monitoring information will remain confidential to Insightful unless you give us permission to disclose it to a third party. The only exception to this will be when you detail any adjustments or specific requirements that you may have for the day on the 'Insightful Application form'.

 

Responsibility


The owner is responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures within Insightful are up-to-date and monitored on a regular basis. The owner is responsible for ensuring that staff training needs are met. All staff are responsible for delivering and promoting this Equal Opportunities Policy as an integral part of their work.
